CASSATA BAKERY: A Luxury gifting project

Cassata Bakery, was a luxury gifting project created to deliver handmade luxury chocolates for the 2020 Holiday season. Cassata Bakery delivered a collection of premium handmade baked goods and artisan confections, dreamed up by noted pastry chef Katzie Guy-Hamilton. Each gift was curated into exclusive “cases” and shipped along with a hand-written note for an extra personal touch.

 

GABY ET JULES Macaron Boutique: Pittsburgh International Airport

Gaby et Jules Patisseries et Macarons, a full-service French bakery, sought to rebrand their airport location to promote on-the-go sales of their signature item: hand-crafted macarons. I led the team through a rebranding effort, creating a sub-brand to highlight the airport locations distinct offerings. This included a new brand strategy, visual identity and reimagining of the retail experience to draw prospective customers to their “jewel-box” boutique.
