IDEAL GRAIN FREE GRANOLA

Founded a new company from the ground up from the initial brand concept to on-shelf sales and promotion. Ideal manufactured and sold delicious grain-free granola that was naturally low in sugar. Available first as a loose granola, and later in bar form - Ideal helped health-minded customers to eat well whether at home or on the go. The product range sold in premium retailers throughout 11 states including Whole Foods.

MAX BRENNER

Oversaw the appetizing chocolate product lineup at Max Brenner, including the twice-yearly seasonal product offerings (gift sets, limited-time flavors).

In partnership with the Israel-based factory team and other external partners, we achieved continuous innovation to delight customers. To support the seasons and ever-changing holidays, products were launched to coordinate with in-store themes and offer unforgettable indulgences.

HEINZ RAMEKINS

To serve the fast-growing casual dining segment (Applebee’s, Chili’s, etc), Heinz Ramekins were developed to serve both the customer and restaurant alike. Customers could rely on Heinz to provide high-quality, consistent sauces that would not spill in transport. Restaurants could realize a more safe sauce solution, while reducing labor costs.
